So I stayed at 1mg for about a month and didn’t really notice a big difference until it reached full concentration in the blood. Yes, it takes time for Reta to build up in the blood that’s why it’s not going to work instantly.

My main question is have any of yall had luck staying below 3mg? Like I haven’t gone above 2.5mg a week and even sometimes I’ll notice when I’ve done 2.5 for a couple weeks in a row my appetite is basically non existent.

Am I just hyper responsive to this medication? I’ve seen people say they went to 2mg immediately or are now at 5-6mg and I’m like pretty sure my body would literally shut down if I went above 2.5.

Granted I’m totally cool with losing weight slowly (lol as slowly as possible on this medication) and building muscle. So I guess I have a couple main questions.

Are any of you lucked out with staying below 3?

Did any of you start as low as I did?

What’s the point in going so high with dosage?

Edit: I’ve been on Reta for about 6/7 (hehe) months and am so so happy with the inflammation reduction and consistent fat loss.
