Hey everyone, we are students in a school who want to do an event for orphans. And we want to collect money and items for them before we go there. We are planning to go outside to shops markets and stores and present what we do and ask if they can help us with something. Is it gonna work?

I want to create a virtual library for some personal staff where ppl can upload files and store them so everyone can have access to them later.

The thing is i do coding im good at html css and a bit php but i can create the database yet, so i want to ask u what should I learn to master databases and what to use.

And if i want to hire a developer to create it for me how much will it cost?
