Some of us end up missing out on life in our 20s and even 30s for different reasons. I'm in my mid-thirties and there's a lot I want to do and experience; more travel, relationships, rediscover personal style etc. but there's this feeling of not quite belonging anywhere, like I've faded into the background and it's hard to feel visible and worthy again. How do you deal with this?
