med school or work opportunities in the us
hello!! i’m a 3rd year bs psych major here in the philippines. i actually migrated to the US when i was 13 and stayed there until i graduated high school. i was able to get my citizenship but decided to study here in the PH to avoid debt, with the help of my mom. i went to this program with the determination to go to med school after since i knew na need talaga masters or phd to get a higher paying job in this field. however, due to unforeseen circumstances, my mom wouldn’t be able to help me with med school na since it would be expensive and she is getting older and weaker…
anyhow, i’m trying to look for options on what to do after grad… for starter, i am planning to take the psychometrician board exam for the license here sana, sayang naman. also nagresearch din ako med school in the US and thinking if maybe i can get into the full tuition scholarships ng some of the unis there (financial need since below $100k per year sahod ng mother ko)
is this possible? any advice on what i should do? 🥹🥹
