I'm a lowly level 5. Get a 4 stack of teammates, levels 2/2/3/10

I have a bad game but then second in the team still, no Comms whatsoever.

We get stomped.

The level 10 loses 6 elo, I lose 29?

His average elo against in last 30 is 1300... Wtf is going on?

How can he be playing and losing against such a drastically lower ranked team and lose so little and yet I'm against a higher ranked team and lose over 4 times the amount?

Can anyone make this make sense
