This doesn’t happen every time I turn on the lights but. Sometimes when I turn the lights on they begin to flash for a few minutes then go solid again. Or I have to turn the switch off for 5-10 mins then it goes back to normal. Happens in a few different room in the house. Different light fixtures too. Don’t know why. Please help and explain!
