Caverns yes or no

I have caverns tix, but now after looking at the costs of flights, housing, rental car, it just seems like too much. I’ve already seen cloclo 4x this year and even tho she will always be my favorite artist, I feel like her sets have been very similar each time. I’m curious if anyone has any hunches she might play something different at the caverns? Maybe I’m just seeing her too much and it’s my own problem? Help me make this decision lmao.

Honest opinions: grove stage chmura B2B saturna

I want honest opinions! I was looking forward to this set so much, I think the stage was overwhelmingly crowded and people were pushing so bad, I felt like I couldn’t dance or enjoy the music. It seemed like no one gave a shit about pushing or taking others space, when I tried to leave the crowd people wouldn’t let me through. Saturna looked extremely fucked up and it felt like no one was vibing with the music, everyone just seemed gone and out of it. I dont know if this was just my experience? Maybe my own personal experience clouded it, but I’d love to hear how others experienced the set!

Honest opinions only

I wanna hear everyone’s honest opinions about the Denver rave scene. I KNOWWW it’s the “bass capital” of the whateverrrr. I’ve been to plenty of red rock/mission/cervantes…etc shows in Denver, but I have also attended shows in most of the PNW and Arizona, Utah, NYC as well.
I’ve always had better experiences with people and crowds outside of Colorado. What is it?? Is it the rave ego is so strong in Colorado, everyone needs to prove that it’s the best? Am I crazy? Not trying to complain I just want to see if anyone feels the same way. I think I’m done with Denver shows for a while. <3

Experimental Bass music production.

Hi hi! I am a new music producer, really just getting the hang of things in ableton and going from there. My goal is to begin to learn how to learn experimental bass production, but I know his genre of music goes beyond the box, and doesn't follow most "rules" like the patterns of house or other forms of EDM. Any music producers recommend starting anywhere for this genre? Is it still important to learn the basics of rhythm for other genres, then expand? Or would you just jump right into experimental? Any beginner tutorials or youtubers you would recommend for learning the basics of this sound? Artists for reference: eazybaked, chmura, CTF <3, ashez, caspa..etc. Thanks!!
