I’ve had my Helio Strap for a little over a week, was really enjoying it - the charge was down to ~20% yesterday, I charged it to about 75% and it was back down to 20% within 2 hours. I charged it again to 80% and again it drained rapidly. It didn’t record any data last night and isn’t recording anything this morning and is again draining rapidly - for instance it’s just gone from 20% down to almost nil in a matter of minutes.

I’m fully updated, I’ve tried rebooting and even deactivating it twice seemingly to no avail. I’ve contacted support but had nothing back, I’m assuming mine is broken and there’s not a great deal I can do at this stage?
