Engine replaced but still having problems 2012 Altima

I know nothing about cars. Had an engine replaced in an Altima and the next day the car was driving super hard and it doesn’t shift smoothly to drive, I’ll have to do it multiple times for it to drive. I thought replacing the engine would solve the issues but it seems it’s created more. Am I stupid or did I get swindled?

Been watching for about 2 years and im going to dynamite tonight in Virginia. I’m curious as to how expensive the merch and concessions are at the shows? Or does it vary? I’ve only been to a few indie shows so I don’t really have a frame of reference
