Is this better than a concrete slap base for garden office/room?
I want to build a base for a garden office/room. My plan was to git out 10 inches, 6 inches of compacted type 1 hardcore, then 6 inches of concrete. My neighbour pointed me to Ali Dymock's video in which he constructed his garden room on a timber frame raised/suspended on 12 piers of concrete blocks
