Duel sword and longsword recommendations?

Based in eu and looking for a dueling sword and a longsword.

Im ordering some stuff already from medieval extreme, so maybe from there?

Buhurt tech has some cheaper ones but some of them lack info about weight etc

Whats the difference of these?

Price gap is huge but really i can't see much difference.

First one has 2 instead of 1 strap on wrist, pointy elbow instead or round. "Floating rivets on forearms for better mobility" but i honsestly dont really know what that means

The second one is said to date 1380-1400, which is good for me. how about the first one?

Training in half armour?

Do you train sometimes in less than full armour? We're having a debate which parts to use.

The point is to have some weight and restricted mobility, but not so exhausting as training in full armour.
