Does Ticketmaster PH Customer Care Respond to Concerns?
Has anyone here experienced submitting a ticket to Ticketmaster PH Customer Care?
I submitted a request last month because I bought 2 BTS Arirang tickets—one for March 14 and one for March 16. However, only my March 14 ticket is showing on my phone, while only my March 16 ticket is showing on my laptop (and vice versa).
I'm a bit confused because both tickets were purchased using the same Ticketmaster account. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what this means? I've already contacted Ticketmaster PH Customer Care, but they still haven't replied.
