I wanna ask my psychiatrist for help, this thing completely took over my life and im just so done with it. But I'm scared she's gonna take away my adhd meds if i tell her that I'm underweight. Did anyone ever have this conversation with their psychiatrist? Can you tell me what happened? Im obviously not seeking medical advice or anything, i know i have to talk to her, but I've been trying to muster up the courage for months and i just can't make myself, so i thought I'd ask if anyone can tell me their personal story? (also, I'm not diagnosed with an ed im not even sure if i have one, but atp im not sure if i can get back to normal without a professional helping me figure this out and i can't get insured therapy without my psychiatrist's help)
