I talked to a counsellor today , he told me that it is highly uncertain for 4th round cutoff as this 4th round was only added last year so many were unaware . For 2026 everyone knows abt 4th round so cutoff will be tightened too much .
Now should i believe him as he is pursuading to me to join delhi ncr colleges too?
