Stamped Concrete vs Paver Patio

For those of you with stamped concrete patios, how are they holding up? Are you happy with the patio? Do you regret not going with pavers?

We're currently scoping removing a rotted deck and installing a patio and fire pit, so we're exploring and pricing out all options.

NextGen Living

Is Lennar the only builder with NextGen living? Any others we should look at? We're exploring moving to Erie, but would need to bring my MIL along with us. She's independent now, but can't do stairs so a basement suite is not an option. We'd also still like some separation of space, so a home where she can have her own entrance, parking, etc is ideal. We wouldn't be opposed to a custom build, but with a $1M budget it seems like tract homes are our only option here.

We have a Tudor house built in the 80's in NC that needs a full window replacement. Currently it has the original wood casements, and due to the previous owner's neglect they are all rotted, seals broken, non-operable, etc. We have 23 windows, a mixture of picture and casements. Over half of those are triples with a fixed window in the middle and casements on each side measuring 70x80- so large windows (adding a pic for reference). I've already given up on the diamond grids due to cost, and now we've scoped down to just bronze inside/out with no grids throughout.

Local exterior renovation company came back with $113K for Andersen 400 ($35K extra if we wanted grids) or $72K for Andersen 100...and if we want full replacement tack an extra $12K onto those numbers.

So I brought out a local window company to get a purely vinyl number hoping it would be less, and they quoted $120K for Provia Endure...obviously that's not happening.

I have Marvin Infinity coming Friday. Pella we're not really interested in.

I just wanted to gut check these window numbers. I understand there are various factors that go into pricing windows, but I'm extremely frustrated because it feels like people see this house and think we're millionaires and price gauging us. But I'm not as knowledgeable on current window rates and it's hard to figure that out via the internet. But hoping this sub can help me understand if these are reasonable quotes or not.

Does anyone have an outdoor kitchen with grill, griddle, and sink that you could share with me for inspiration on layout? We're starting to explore tearing down a rotting deck and putting in a paved patio with outdoor kitchen, but it's hard to find any inspiration with that combo of appliances/needs- I've tried searching the sub and pinterest and the grill/griddle combo is hard to find. I have a decently large space to retrofit into once the deck comes down, so we aren't hampered by space restrictions on the layout. And L-shape close to the house would enable easier access to gas/plumbing however.

We're exploring replacing our current dilapidated deck and basic free standing grill with a paver patio that has an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. For those who have done similar, did you cover your patio or leave it open? Is the outdoor kitchen holding up in the elements (we'd cover equipment when not in use)? Do you regret not covering it?
