I had a PSU fail today and I can't start an RMA process because the chatbot agent keeps failing at the step where I select Advanced RMA. Keeps saying disconnected and to refresh and start over which I have done 3 times. A simple form would have been easier.

And since the forum is shutdown and they don't have a phone number (other than voice mail), how do I even contact them?
