Emotions and advice for talking to others
Does anyone know any strategies or stuff to help with emotions, im talking about the negative kind of emotions. Its really hard to deal with them and hard to understand them. Its like a extremely invasive feeling whenever i feel anger, or sadness. It seems that its the biggest thing holding me back, i hope this isn't just something i have to deal with and other people can understand what i mean. I discovered i was autistic not so long ago and thought i just have adhd, and the strategys i have don't really work for me. Im just in a very negative state of mind at the moment and im sorry if i over explained in any way. I struggle immensely socially because i never had the chance to develop the skills for it, i can't really tell what im doing wrong, i just want to be treated like a person. Does anyone else feel that way? Im sorry if im doing this wrong.
