Hi everyone,

Just some background on our IVF journey. My partner and I did IVF due to MFI (obstructive azoospermia). He successfully had sperm retrieved through MESA and TESE, and we were able to freeze 10 straws.

For my first egg retrieval:

• 15 follicles
• 14 mature eggs
• 12 fertilized
• 4 made it to Day 5 with good grades: 4AA, 4AB x2, and 5AB

We sent them for PGT-A testing and got:

• 2 euploids: 4AB and 5AB
• 2 low-level mosaics: 4AA and 4AB

We did our first FET with the 5AB euploid, but unfortunately it ended in MMC due to an empty sac at 6 weeks. After taking some time to recover, we did a second FET of our remaining 4AB euploid, but it failed to implant.

Now we only have the 2 low-level mosaic embryos left:

• 4AA: 30% extra X chromosome
• 4AB: 33% +2 chromosome

My questions are:

• What are the chances of a healthy live birth with these low-level mosaic embryos?
• Has anyone transferred a low-level mosaic embryo and had a successful healthy birth?
• Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated.
