Need honest feedback on an edit that got rejected

Hey everyone,

I recently made a sample edit for a potential client, but they rejected it, saying it wasn't up to their expectations.

I'd really appreciate some honest criticism from experienced editors here. Was the pacing off? Did the storytelling not work? Were the transitions, sound design, motion graphics, or overall feel lacking? Or is there something else that immediately stands out?

I'm not looking for people to sugarcoat it. If you can point out both the strengths and weaknesses, that would help me a lot.

I've attached the edit below. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to watch it and share their thoughts.
