How are these two universities? I know have been asking around alot and honestly it's super difficult to figure how good they'd be for me.

I cannot do a course in the UK physically as it's not my preference, so it's always going to be a 100% online course. So far I am hearing ok reviews on these two, whereas I have heard extremely negative reviews for Coventry, Bradford and Leeds Becket.

Northumbria -

Costs 11k GBP, Graduation in Person, Live lectures, system is on Blackboard.com and is BPS accredited, both degrees would say MSC Psychology and not online (preferred).

Aston -

Costs 9k GBP, pretty much the exact same modules, no live lectures, system is on their own Aston online platform and is bps accredited.

My question is on their international recognition outside of the UK, how well renowned are they? Has anyone taken this course or graduated from it? How was the quality of education, how much did you interact with the tutors and how valuable is the degree to you now?

I am an HR professional and I hate being in the corporate. Being in therapy has helped me tremendously and I want to become a therapist.

Background - BBA Finance & HR

CIPD Level 5 - Organizational Psychology

Diplomas from Coursera - Psychology of Self & Intro to Psych

Work ex - 10 years of interviewing people (5000 candidates so far)

Career Counselling & Interview prep coaching - Off beat, unorganized but I have had a total of 10 clients. 8 of them landed amazing jobs.

I want to be a private practitioner, a fully licensed CBT therapist. Not a psychiatrist, but a Psychologist. (I could also be unsure of what it's called - I want to specialise in Kink, Relationships, Sex and Careers - again, all non-medical routes, I never want to prescribe a medicine, just talks).

I am willing to invest as much time and effort to educat myself + gain the licenses. What I don't know is what licenses do I need to obtain to be able to call myself a Licensed CBT therapist?

Today- Started a Master's of Psychology program (BPS accredited)

I want to practice in - India, UAE, Spain, Germany, Netherlands (I understand all jurisdictions have a different requirement and I am open to getting those licenses one after the other)

After I complete this or even simultaneously - What other licenses do I need to obtain to start calling myself a CBT therapist?
