I've been using this backpack every day now for a few months. I love the quality, the design and everything, but the straps are TERRIBLE.

Every time I adjust the straps, it holds for at most a full day. Most days I adjust them in the morning and when I get back home, both sides are at maximum extension. It feels like the bands are too stiff to grab on to the plastic part that holds them in place. (Sorry for a terrible explanation, I realised I don't know the english words for any of these parts of a backpack...)

So my question is, do anyone else have this or any other pack from black ember and have the same issue?
