Europe Adaptive Cruise Control Issues
Hello everyone. I borrowed a pair of European-spec ACC cameras and a millimeter-wave radar to test the traffic sign recognition function. When the vehicle speed drops below 38 km/h, the instrument cluster emits a continuous warning tone, and the cruise control system automatically disengages; a downshift prompt arrow appears just before disengagement. Additionally, when cruise control is active, the vehicle does not automatically come to a complete stop if the car ahead is waiting at a traffic light. I suspect there might be a compatibility issue between these components and a CVT-equipped vehicle, though I am unsure if the parts were originally sourced from a CVT model, and I cannot look up the part numbers on the official website. Could any European owners of CVT-equipped vehicles please provide the part numbers for their cameras or radar units so I can verify this? Thanks.
Finally, share the effect of using FK8 cluster on my car.
