Is a CDV delete worth it?
To those of you who have done CDV deletes, is it worth it? Does shifting feel significantly more engaging/fast?

Had it new since 2017, and she has been absolute joy to own. Suspension and Ktuner only so far. Plan on keeping it stock as I believe it looks the best.
Crazy to know our radios run on a software released in 2011.
I’ve heard you need a jailbroken ecu sending it to hondata or ktuner for them to do it. Is there any way around this or am I just gonna have to bite the bullet send my ecu away for a few days.

I have a 2019 civic sport sedan with 107k miles on it and I want to get a new steering wheel since I’m tired of looking at this tacky looking steering wheel cover. I do not like steering wheel covers, but the only reason I have this thing on there is because a little while ago, while I was detailing my car, i accidentally scrubbed a little too hard on the steering wheel and it took some of the leather finish off. So, I put this cover on there to hide the torn off leather in the meantime.
Anyways, does anyone have an any suggestions for some nice looking steering wheels that are relatively easy to install? Specifically steering wheels that will fit a 2019-2021 sport sedan (automatic transmission)
She's not much yet but she's mine. I love it. I haven't had a new (to me) car in over 10 years. I did a ton of research and found this 2021 LX NA with 39k miles, 1 owner, no accidents on file. The interior looks basically new. Couldn't help myself. I can't stop staring at it. When I'm not driving it, I'm thinking about driving it. Haha. I did order a new head unit. The stock in.the LX is very lack luster. I got a JOYING android 13 version. I know they got mostly positive reviews but also some negatives but best I could do for the price currently. I've also got rove front and rear dash cam with a hardwire kit for parking surveillance I'm about to install. Ordered some rain guards because I like them and wanted to black out the chrome. Few things here and there. Looking forward to hopefully many years with this thing!
I am looking to buy a Civic X and came across one that the owner claims is Sport trim.
It's made in the Swindon for the Europe market, 2018 hatchback with the 1.5t engine, l15ba. It has the 7 inch sceeen I think (see the photo). It has the red colored odometer, not the blue one.
However, there is no sun roof, the ignition is done with a physical key, there is no ignition button. There is no toggle button for a Sport suspension either. There is android auto/car play.
I did a lot of googling and the info I've found is contradicting. The owner claims it is a sport trim, there is no indication that anything was changed.
If it's not a sport trim, what could it be then?
I would appreciate some clarification from the experts here ☺️
I’m hearing a whirring sound when my car is in neutral with the clutch pedal out. The sound goes away when I press it in. From what I’ve researched, this sounds like the input shaft bearing that’s making noise. I didn’t hear anything before I installed my 75a RMM.
Anyone running these? Thinking of getting them for my car and wanted to see what they look like
Saw the Daddyturbos availability for Civics now and had to get one for my car. No crazy pulls or anything, 200tw doesnt grip in rain well. PRL Cobra, GFB Diverter Valve, VR FK8 titanium exhaust with the valve closed.
Hello everyone. I borrowed a pair of European-spec ACC cameras and a millimeter-wave radar to test the traffic sign recognition function. When the vehicle speed drops below 38 km/h, the instrument cluster emits a continuous warning tone, and the cruise control system automatically disengages; a downshift prompt arrow appears just before disengagement. Additionally, when cruise control is active, the vehicle does not automatically come to a complete stop if the car ahead is waiting at a traffic light. I suspect there might be a compatibility issue between these components and a CVT-equipped vehicle, though I am unsure if the parts were originally sourced from a CVT model, and I cannot look up the part numbers on the official website. Could any European owners of CVT-equipped vehicles please provide the part numbers for their cameras or radar units so I can verify this? Thanks.
Finally, share the effect of using FK8 cluster on my car.
Hello all. I have a 2019 Honda civic sport sedan and in my car, the USB port that allows you to connect to Apple CarPlay (the port that I have circled in the pic) is broken. Apple CarPlay keeps crashing on it and it won’t even charge my phone anymore. Before you ask, yes I’ve switched out the USB cord (the cord that I use to connect my phone to) many many MANY times and the issue has still persisted. So, the usb cord that I’m using to plug in my phone so I can sync up to CarPlay is clearly not the issue. I’ve also tried factory resetting my entire head unit (multiple times) just incase it was that, but that did not do a damn thing either. Ive even gone as far as to try using a wireless Apple CarPlay adapter in my car but of course, that didn’t do anything either. Though, I’m not surprised that the wireless CarPlay adapter didn’t work since in order for that thing to work, you have to plug it into that same USB port that I’m having issues with.
Anyways as a result of this, I’m ordering a new internal USB cable/plug assembly for my car (shown in the second picture is the exact part) so that I can replace the current one that’s been giving me issues for months now. However, I am completely unsure as to how to replace/install this part since I do not see anything online about how to do so. I am aware that this cable goes in behind the black frame where the Apple CarPlay usb port is, and then the other end of it threads up to the head unit which is where it plugs into the back of the head unit. Other than that though, I fr have no idea how to do this. Does anyone know how or have any tips?
Hello guys i bought this 2018 Civic with 120,000km and it has 1.5t with CVT, i live in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia and we have pretty harsh climate, we are averaging around 22 to 25 degrees right now and winter is pretty harsh here sometimes it reaches -40 celcius so i think need opinions on oil viscosity and maintinance tips because i have no knowledge on previous owners maintinancw history so any tip and guid recommendations would be appreciated thanks🫡😁
