2017 Civic EX - having a repeat purge valve issues.

My son bought this 3 weeks ago, a couple days into driving it, he got the “emissions system problem” message. We pulled the codes and it was P0441, P1454 and P04DF.
He during this time had where the car didn’t wanna start right away after a fill up and it was running rough. My previous post everyone agreed was likely the purge valve. We replaced that and he’s been fine, the errors went away. Even filled up since then no problem.
Yesterday he got gas again, with no issues until last night he ran to the gym and on his way home got the “emissions system problem” again! Gets home, we pull codes again and this time is P0441 and P04F1. Watched the live feed from our scanner and the Evaporative System Vapor Pressure at idle was riding in the negative. Not at zero. (Side note we are in Florida, so not sure if that’s an expected reading since we are below sea level) it wasn’t a huge amount in the negative. I think it was like -0.04

Google said it’s a sign that the purge valve is stuck open. But again not sure.

What else do you think the issue could be, since it’s a brand new purge valve. Do we need to consider changing his charcoal canister?

Any suggestions are welcome. We are new to Hondas.

Looking for help with my son's newly bought 2017 civic ex 2.0L

Bought it used "as is" from a dealer. I'm pretty sure once we get to the right person, they are going to tell us tough luck.
Less than 48 hrs after buying it, he got P1454 popping. It seemed to be running fine. I had pulled codes on it before we even considered buying it, and it had no permanent codes.
Today he drove me around, and while we were sitting at a light its idle dropped twice where it sounded like it wanted to stall out but then leveled out.
He just went and got gas and couldn't get it to start for quite a few tries. Called me in a panic, and it finally turned over. He said it sounded like it was chugging.
He's 23; this is his first big purchase of a car. His other times having cars were short-lived 2.0L for one reason or another. We are hoping we didn't let him down and let him buy a bad car.

Googling is only getting me so far, as we are new to Hondas, and of course the first thing it keeps saying is to check the gas cap, but it's a capless system lol.

Hoping someone here has some tips or tricks for us before I go down a further rabbit hole.

Thanks

A site selling Counterfeit USPS labels that look 100% legit

This site is https://shipitto.biz/ I saw a sponsored ad for them on Facebook, and they were advertising $2.00 - $2.50 per package up to 70 lbs. You get in there and they give you $5 to start to test them out. The only way to pay them money is through Crypto.
So I sent out a test package here locally to a friend with basically junk in it to test it out before I made it my go-to service and start offering my customers discounts lol

Dropped off Tuesday at the post office, label scanned fine at the counter. Made it to our local distribution even, while tracking showed as of yesterday that it would be delivered Friday. A bit odd since it's basically in the same town, but ok. This morning I check the tracking, and it now declares it was counterfeit postage.
I have submitted a complaint to the site, which I know falls on deaf ears. And have reported them to the USPS postal inspector.

Just putting it out there if anyone else has seen the ad for this site and was going to try it. Just don't!! USPS is likely going to keep that package now. Again, thankfully, it was just some trash, basically. I had a feeling it was too good to be true.

They try to explain they are able to give such deep discounts because you are paying with crypto. And they were even super quick with support requests. So really too good to be true. Good customer service and huge savings HAAA

Employees of Gas Stations - Gas Prices Question

I know the current climate of things makes the gas prices do weird things. BUT!!! What exactly is going on lately where a local 7-Eleven I can see 3 different prices in a day?
I'll leave to take my son to work around 8:15, and the station by my house will be one price. I come back through an hour later, and it will have changed price, up or down by a few cents or even as much as 30+ cents. Then when I leave in the afternoon around 3:30 to go pick him up, the price will have changed some more.
I am used to the prices having a fairly predictable timing of change, and then when this mess overseas started, the prices went bi-polar.

We are starting to wonder if this is perhaps dynamic pricing going on. Most stations used to only change their prices when they got new gas brought in.

Posting in the Florida sub because I'm not sure if what we are seeing is happening elsewhere or if it's some crazy Florida crap lol.

I have ran cleaning solution through the print head multiple times, black and magenta I got to clear, yellow and cyan just will not budge no matter how much I leave solution soaking from the top. left a paper towel soaked underneath.

This printer has Cosmos Ink pigment ink put in it instead of the regular Epson ink because I needed a backup pigment ink printer for the items I print for my business.

I am to the point of thinking I need to disassemble this more than trying to flush cleaning solution through it. And for the life of me can not find anything that possibly details how to do that.

I will gladly muddle through it if I have to. I am pretty savvy with a screwdriver and remembering how I take stuff apart, but a how-to guide on what to watch for and such would be way nicer LOL

Or any other suggestions to get these 2 colors flowing again?

The printer honestly doesn't even have much pages ran on it, due to being my backup printer sigh.

Thanks
