As a fan from another country (I married into a family of die hard Corinthian fans), I honestly do not understand the love this fanbase has for Memphis Depay? In Europe he is viewed as a below average player and his Goals and Assists numbers for us have been actually not very good at all. Whenever I have been to the stadium to watch matches I have noticed his lack of effort and he stands around letting everyone else do the work.

His salary and bonuses / benefits were also stupidly high, in England we have a saying that comes to mind in this scenario, “he is stealing a living”, meaning he is getting paid a lot for doing nothing. I understand he has sort of stood up against the corruption and management of the club, but how does this fanbase not see that he is in it solely for the money and that’s it?

This club does not need Memphis Depay, Memphis Depay needs this club.

I know I will get a lot of downvotes and people will say I’m just a gringo who doesn’t know what he’s talking about, but Memphis has done this at every club he’s been to… demanded huge wages and performed poorly. He’s more interested in making terrible rap songs and posting his lifestyle on Instagram.

I truly do not believe Memphis is even in the top 5 best players in the team. Why do so many idolise this man?

Hi all, long time listener first time caller here with a mundane question. I see a lot of posts, particularly from the US (I’m from the UK), of civic’s with external / stick on wind deflectors. Not only do they look great but seem much easier… My “in channel” wind deflectors constantly stop my windows closing no matter what I do (the brand is Edge Visor and it’s a known issue for Civic’s with this brand).

Would you guys out there who have the external ones be able to direct me to where you got your wind deflectors from as I cannot for the life of me find them anywhere online in the UK.
