Shakes and jerkiness
Hey y’all. I just started taking 10mg Lexapro nightly a week ago. But the last couple of nights, I’ve been getting jerks. My legs kick out, my stomach punches in, or twitches on my neck like electric shock waking me out of my sleep when I doze off. Today I’m shakey and jittery. My movements feel jerky and my throat feels weird.
Is this normal? Should I wait it out since SSRI’s need to be accustomed to the body?
