Hi, I'm a 27 year old female with PCOS. I have never used protection with my current partner but we regularly get checked just to stay safe.

For the past month of april, i didn't have my cycle and I didn't find it super weird since I have PCOS and it sometimes happens although it hasn't happened for 3-4 years. The only reason why i ended up taking a pregnancy test was because my partner suggested that we do. I did and the first test had two lines although one line was lighter than the other. The second test was invalid for some odd reason.

Besides the tests, I also have been having extremely sensitive nipples, and my abdomen for 4 weeks now, at first I thought I was approaching my cycle but once the dates came and rolled out, the pain remained persistent, still is. I also noticed that 4 days ago I was having a brown discharge, not the kind that shows on your underwear but the kind that shows itself whenever I pee. It's almost like my body things I had my cycle as we usually start spotting old blood after the cycle. 3 days into this discharge I started to see it change colour to a purplish/ pinkish colour, again, I simply thought, of I;m having my cycle, but im not.

We have ruled out all STI AND STDS.

We have always wanted a baby, hence we do not use protection however, I am not sure if these are great pregnancy signs to truly know what is going on with my body. I have had endless conversations with chatGPT, and honestly, it doesn't know much about our anatomy.

Please do assist me with your answers, as I am struggling to understand whether I am truly pregnant or having a miscarriage. I know I should be consulting a gyne right now but that makes me terrified that I might not be pregnant at all or even worse, I'm probably losing our baby before it even started growing.
