Hi, I've had a really, really bad mental health episode for as long as I can remember, to the point I can barely do anything on my own. When I finally had the energy to do some cleaning, theres little carpet beetle larvae EVERYWHERE. not the adults. LARVAE. I'm freaking out and I'm itchy all over, even though the clothes I'm wearing I know are clean. I live with others and I want to know if theres any way I can get rid of them without my family freaking out, like baby steps or if I'll just have to suck it up and ask for help.
