USB items disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly?

For the last 3 days or so, my PC has been acting up, specifically what happens is very randomly (watching a youtube video or something lets say), my PC just disconnect my headset, mouse, and external SSD briefly for 3-5 seconds, then they all just connect again and work like normal. There's no warning when this happens, those 3 all just disconnect then go back to normal after like 4 seconds. What i find odd as well is all the RGB/LED on the fans in my case turn off for those few seconds then turn back on. There's no pattern to it either which is whats getting me. sometimes it does it like 5 times in the span of 5 minutes, or doesn't do it for a good hour and a half. I thought it was the recent AMD driver update 26.5.2/26.5.1 since so many people were having issues with it, and i rolled it back to 26.3.1 but that didn't fix it. Each time this occurs, this what event viewer shows. (see images)

I've tried updating W11, checking Microsoft store updates, ran SFC /scannow, ran DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH on command prompt w/ admin. Tried checking Armory Crate for updates. I even tried testing this issue in a live environment on Linux Mint, it didn't occur but then again i was only watching YouTube videos for like 45 minutes to pass the time and see if it would occur, which it didn't. My headset is a ROG Delta 2, i use the USB C to make it wireless without actually using Bluetooth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just dont know whats causing the issues and have tried looking up the event ID's. I'm just hoping its an I/O issue with the motherbopa
