Make the Bounty matter again!
It might be my own experience and not the norm but I have noticed lately that the amount of times a team extracted unchallenged has increased considerably.
This is odd because the Chariot card should in theory prevent this, but in my experience, the option to third party a fight on one side of the map is always far more attractive than going to contest the banished boss on the other side of the map.
This ensures that you "know" where everyone is on the map at all times in Trios, and ensures that once you do go to challenge the bounty you are safe from getting third partied yourself.
In my opinion, the Bounty tokens should be far more attractive than third partying and risking to let the bounty get away.
One suggestion I've seen many times is to make the bounty tokens an actual currency that you need to buy certain weapons/items/consumables. This can hit two birds with one stone and not only "fix" the "game flow" but also help with balancing weapons/items/consumables.
