What's your opinion on Flame Rifle?

It's fun to burn people and see them panicking but it doesn't feel particularly strong at pvp. One time I just facetanked it's stream and blasted the guy with a shotgun.

Just got a 4 bounty extract as SOLO

Just gotta say thanks to the other solo guy who killed the spider at Blanchett Graves and left both bounties alongside with a satchel and an alert trip mine. It didn't blow up cause the satchel was underwater.

my view of latest update

So I want to share my thoughts on the latest update and see how many players share my perspective.

I really loved the loadout changes, but bastion...

Before Bastion, I was walking around trying to sniff out hunters and take clues. It felt like you were actually HUNTING other players. The addition of the map and scout towers really benefited that feeling, but Bastion completely ruined it.

Before Bastion, you never knew when or where you might run into another team. There were lots of surprise encounters, and every fight played out differently. Now it's always the same. Everybody goes to Bastion because the game incentivizes you to. If you don't, you most likely won't meet other players, or you might only run into one team. The main focus is always the fort.

Adding different kinds of forts at least added a little variety, but now, with the addition of the air balloons, I absolutely hate it. At least before this, you could choose to go for the boss because you knew you could catch the Bastion team later. Now, if you don't go there immediately, you're almost guaranteed to lose a bounty, and it has made the already repetitive Bastion fights even worse.

Before the balloons, you could at least bait the team inside or wait for one mistake, kill a player, and create an opportunity to push. Now you can't really do that, especially if you didn't spawn close enough. If you arrive at Bastion even a little late, you don't have time to bait or wait—you have to push. And blindly pushing a place that's basically a fortress, full of traps, explosives, free healing, and a machine gun, is just frustrating. If they've also placed Concertinas and other traps around the area, you're pretty much done for.

English isn't my first language, so this might come across as skill issue whining, but that's not my intention. I genuinely feel like the game has split into two separate modes. Every match has started to feel the same. This update removed the hunting aspect from Hunt, and the air balloons made the already questionable Bastion fights even worse. It feels like a worse version of Clash in the middle of Hunt.

Anyway, I want my scout towers back lol

A new item idea

I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. I've owned the game since 2019, but let it take over my life for a month once a year. This time I had an idea for a new item I think would be huge

Birdseed

Something you could put down and draw crows to a specific area. Maybe it could only found and used in a raid so that way it could be balanced.

Invincible art trend with HUNTERS

I might be late with this trend but I still finished it. I saw people in gaming communities making this trend and it was cool, but it didn't seem like anyone was doing it for Hunt. So there you have it. Btw im bad at drawing, so dont be too harsh.

The fort is cool, but is bad for the game

Specially with randoms, nobody wants to play "Bounty Hunt" anymore. Every match is Bounty Clash with extra steps. Team mates just rush Fort and die.

Don't even take clues, just bee line to fort. That's not hunt.

Best Guns for Devil Tarot Card?

Hey guys, I've recently been toying with a build featuring Remedy/Relentless to counteract Devil Card, do you guys have any guns with high spread/sway that would maximise the payoff? Currently eyeing dual Bornheims and Vetterli Cyclone.

The same guy 12 times

Getting back into the game with some friends who haven’t played before, and we killed this same player 12 times. Not really complaining bc it helped with gun progression, but how much of this teams loadout was dedicated to keeping this dude alive?

We ended up losing and he still had 1 big and 2 small chunks left if that’s relevant.

Don't mind me, I'm just stealing your baloon🤷‍♂️

Killed the guy that was launching the baloon with a dynamite, then this happened...

Earned my all-time high in Hunt Dollars today.

What's crazy is......I didn't even earn it. Some solo wiped a trio right next to the gamba machine. I already had 6 pledge marks. I spent all on gamba, then each hunter the solo killed had 6 pledge marks. So I got 4 full rounds of gamba, plus the bounty, plus over $2K in first bounty extraction Bonus.

To the solo in Desalle NA East 20 minutes ago - Whoever you are...Thank you!!!

I'm having a problem where I see some pink boxes. Is this a problem with my GPU driver or with the game's textures?

Anyone else having this problem? I don't know how to fix it, thank you

Is this the best season hunt ever had so far ?

- Huge new compounds, with different variations
- Lots of changes on all of the maps with environmental storytelling
- New balloon mechanic
- Extractable Cargo
- New loadout System ( i love it )
- New Automatic Weapon

And so on, it feels like a big refresh to me and i am having so much fun right now, been playing for like 100 hours since the season started and i am not even close to being bored, gonna be playing all summer and take a break when vanilla hunt starts until the new season

but yeah in my opinion, def the best season, what do you guys think ?

This painting has become a meme lately and I think it's a crime that no one is mentioning Hunt in the comments

They're literally all references to Red Dead 2. It's almost as if Hunt doesn't exist, I hate it so much. It just goes to show how niche Hunt is and how few people play games outside the “mainstream”.

I say this because it's not just this time. I recently saw a video of someone firing a "Springfield" rifle with bullets on their fingers (like the “FastFingers” trait LITERALLY HUNT SHOWDOWN) and nobody mentioned it either.
