Is it just me or are there way more new steam accounts this past week?

I've played like 6 matches today and maybe 4 of them had steam accounts that were no older than 8 months old with just hunt. Is this some weird smurf thing or are people just rotating accounts after getting banned?

Most of them are clans too either playing on a different server than their main or using VPNs to ping peek. It's getting tiring knowing EAC isn't really doing anything.

What's the best time to play Hunt?

I really want to keep playing this game but seems like whenever I am free to play, that's peak time for multiple regions to flood US servers.

Just had a team of brand new steam accounts (one was 8 days old) kill us in weird ways while another known team of DMA users head shotting my entire team through corn and then when I spectate they hit 0 shots and die in ways no high 6* with actual skill would.

My tinfoil hat theory on this / ping limits is that they actually have been testing them because I have certainly noticed that during times when I would usually face these out of region players from all over the world, I don't. And it's not just like 1 game, but 4-5 in a row when usually 1 or more of those matches would have them. This was a few weeks back and I think they are seeing if player numbers drop during those times because those regions notice and stop playing.

How to actually get a human on steam support?

Basically there's a guy on the forums for a game stalking and harassing me while baiting reports on the forums.

I have provided over 10 screenshots to steam support of their post history of them ONLY replying to me to bait reactions / reports. Obviously their comments themselves aren't breaking rules because they are just asking simple questions, but the fact that they only reply to me while having me blocked means they are here in bad faith. I haven't replied to them in 2 days but they keep replying to every single one of my comments and have even gone to my profile to report all of my artwork, screenshots, videos, etc.

Support took action on them (for a day lol) a few days ago after I reported their profile, but since then, they are right back to it and I can't re-report their profile.

Support gives me a copy pasted AI answer every time I add more evidence. Can anything be done?

Any info on exactly how these work with the cars regeneration button? Or is that disabled with these?
