I’m a photographer, I wanted to just hop on with nothing but a camera and take some pictures. I came across this guy and he said he was friendly. We teamed up for a bit, we encountered the pops and he “accidentally” shot me instead. He apologised so I said “no biggie it’s all good” and he revived me, only to gun me down straight after. Why are people like this?

Not calling anyone here that, but that’s basically what everyone’s been saying in this community. It shouldn’t matter how you play because at the end of the day it’s just a video game and some people are too obsessed over virtual items that hold no real value to you IRL.
Go and just kill arcs, or run into PvP lobbies guns blazing, people are incredibly quick to anger in this game no matter what you do.
Doesn't seem fair for the player with the key if someone can just go in this way, and took all the loot from the final room.

This game... i have no words for it. I love everything about it. Last time i enjoyed a game this much was the xbox 360 days... Halo 3, Cod, Gears, Battlefield those were the days. This game just does it for me. And sure, i take breaks from it from time to time, im sure everyone does. But i cant think of another game in recent memory that keeps me coming back like Arc does. It has its faults, the devs can be slow but generally theyre moving in the right direction.
But holy fuck this sub is absolutely full of absolute pussies. You guys complain about litterally everything. NOBODY gives 2 shits that you got ratted, or think a cheater killed you, or that you dont like the way Celeste looks now, or that you dont like the new map, or the crafting or the changes or WHATEVR. NOBODY CARES. I have no idea why but this game or sub somehow encourages people to come on here and just complain... like holly fuck
Why do so many of you feel the need to come on here and complain amd nit pick every god dam thing? Honestly nobody gives a shit! If you dont like the game GO PLAY ANOTHER ONE. the biggest offenders seem to be "pve" clowns that aparently have a melt down amytime they die from a player.... you are playing AN EXTRACTION SHOOTER WTF DO YOU THINK COULD HAPPEN?
Im 95% pve in solos and 100% pvp in trios. I die from players in solos occasionally. Its part of the game. I accept that and continue to play. If you cant... go play a different game. FUCK.

The Loot you get from the Bully is horrendous while Bastions are walking Piñitas.
But i actually like the Challenge the Bully gives, now i want the Bastions to be made stronger. The Bully has more HP, better Weapons and can run, while a Pole is sometimes enough Cover to fight a Bastion.
If the Lore behind the Bully being better at everything is that its a newer Model i want the Bastion to get a new Version similar to the Vaporizor being the new Iteration to the Rocketeer.
I want a Tank being an Obstacle, when i see a Leaper, Bully, Rocketeer, Vaporizer, even a Firefly i try to sneak around while i can easily run from Cover to Cover when a Bastion shoots at me.
Bombardier atleast can fuck you up if there is nothing to stand under, but with the Bastion you can Hide behind a small Stone or Tree and nothing happens.
My Ideas:
Make the MG more powerfull, where it can penetrate walls up to a certain thickness. For example if it Hits a Tree, half a Meter behind the impact Hole it does 40% of its original DMG
Give the Bastion a Shield it can active if it stands still or loses HP too fast, but unlike the Vaporizer it can still use its MG like a Droideka from Star Wars to remain a Threat.
Just Upgrade its Hull, it takes like 3 Hullcracker shots to get rid of any Armor Part while the Armor on the Bully, Rocketeer and Vaporizer tanks way more and they are Nimble af
Take the Bastion out of Service: a new ARC gets added that works similar but is a lot Stronger, maybe an actual "Bastion" that has undestroyable Armor so you always have to shoot the Weakspots, use Fire or a Deadline. BUT the old Bastion gets a makeover where they start to Rust, have already lost a leg or two and are mainly stationary and just Huge Turrets that drop a lot of rusted Arc Parts, Ammo and only a single Bastion Cell
I have played ARC Raiders since before Day 1 (Betas) and i dont want my old Arc to appear WEAK compared to the new Generation. Especially if their Design is to be a walking Tank but the Robot Dog can take double the Damage while sprinting
Also why does the scale look off? Am I tiny or is my outpost giant??
Lets be honest, developers really cooked with this map. This one really feels like an ARC Raiders map, Riven Tides doesn't . It is significantly superior in all ways

Everyone’s just making cheep kits to loot the easy containers then just leave
So, Grappling snitches isn't a great idea.
On a higher note, You can actually make out the other maps from up in the sky

Player recall and retention in this first weekend has been incredible. This is a 550% increase from the lowest point earlier last month. The question remains is whether word of mouth will keep spreading and next weekends peak will be higher than this weekend. We might see 6 digits throughout the entire holiday season.
Props to Embark for finding a cool and in-lore way to keep players from hauling Emperor beacons across different matches, kinda remains me of what they did with the Locked gate condition.
