“I’m too old for this” achievement help

I completed every mission on hard difficulty, but I didn’t know that I needed all objectives complete. So I went back through and re-did all my lowest scores, the final one which was D on carriers of the vine (I didn’t arrest the VIPs before). When I finished it, my PS5 trophy tracker went up to 17/18 complete for the achievement. That means I’m missing probably 1 objective from 1 mission that I need to re-do, but no idea which mission

Ranks I have:
Thank you, come again: S
23Mbs: A
Twisted Nerve: C (could it be the arrest 2 suspects?)
The spider: B
Lethal obsession: A
Ides: B
Sinuous: C
Ends of earth: A
Greased palms: B
Vod: B
Elephant: B
Rust belt: C
Sins: C
Neon: C
Buy cheap: B
Carriers: C (definitely NOT this one)
Relapse: C
Hide and seek: C (definitely NOT this one)

Does anyone have any idea which mission it’s likely to be based on objectives that are easy to fail, or maybe I’ve got a rank that shows it was impossible that I completed all objectives?

Thanks

Nobody seems to be talking about this…

I know this sounds like a crazy conspiracy, but hear me out:

I’ve been replaying Gaiden for the last couple of weeks but something started bugging me. So, I began comparing screenshots, character models, animations, voice samples, etc. the conclusion I reached is pretty crazy- I’m starting to think ‘Joryu’ might actually be Kiryu (or at least related to him) from the mainline Yakuza series

They have too many similarities to be ignored. Similar hairstyle/hairline, height, facial structure/expressions, voices, similar fighting styles, dress sense and morals. I attached a facial structure comparison that I developed using in-game screenshots. At first I thought the character may have just been re-used assets, or just designed to appear similar to Kiryu, like Ryoma from Ishin.

Just seems a bit coincidental or lazy that Kiryu dies, suddenly a new character takes his place, and then out of nowhere he’s back from the dead and the new character is never spoken of again. Maybe that’s just me

Thoughts?

When/why did they get their tattoos colored in?

In Yakuza 0, Kiryu’s dragon tattoo is still just an outline, but in Premium adventure/ Yakuza 1 it’s fully colored

At the end of Yakuza 0, Kiryu explains that he switched from a white suit to a grey suit because he wasn’t feeling “black or white” anymore and was choosing his own path, not as a civilian or as a yakuza, but something in the middle. Is there a similar explanation anywhere for the dragon tattoo being coloured in, or is it just meant to represent him becoming the fully realised Dragon of Dojima? But if that’s the case, why did he get the tattoo half-finished in the first place; what if he never earned the title? Plus isn’t adding color to a yakuza tattoo going more toward the ‘black’ path than the ‘grey’ one?

You could argue that this type of tattoo would be expensive and take a long time, so naturally he would get it done in sessions. But I feel like the game draws very deliberate but subtle attention to the fact the tattoo is incomplete, making it seem more symbolic than that

Harder platinum: Yakuza 0 or Ishin?

I’ve had a look through the sub, but I can’t seem to find a direct comparison between these 2 games. I know Ishin is meant to be very grindy (not sure how) and 0 is partially RnG based, but which is the more ‘difficult’ or time consuming overall?

I’m not asking which game has the hardest platinum, just these 2 games to be compared

Thanks

The hermit and The world achievements

Do you need to complete all objectives in each mission, or just each mission? For example, if an objective is “save all the civilians” and you have one die but soft complete, will this count towards the progress of the achievements?

I know it doesn’t for the hardcore achievement wondering if it’s the same here. And if it is, and I miss an objective but lose no officers, can I re-do that mission or do I need a whole new campaign?

I’m too old for this achievement bug?

I have now completed 6 missions on hard difficulty getting above a D rank on all of them, but my PlayStation achievements are only tracking 5 (5 out of 18 is 27%). Before I completed Neon tomb on hard it said I only had 4 on the achievement tracker, when I actually had 5. I can foresee this being an issue in the future when I try and get platinum since it doesn’t seem clear which mission they consider me to not have completed. Does anyone know how to fix this or workaround it without having to do the missions I’ve already completed over again?

Is it me or just the pistol? Wtf

Usually I have no problem 1 shotting guys with a 357 and then I run into situations like this. Any explanation?

Fair enough, the attacks look cool, but that’s about it. So far I’ve gone into 8-9 games looking for them (waiting 15+ minutes for no reason most of the time), seen a total of 2 and killed both of them. (snaphook, 2 deadlines, crashpad, very easy)

They don’t show up frequently enough, it’s very inconsistent. When they do, they’re not a threat unless you’re actively approaching them, they’re defensive rather than offensive, making them too easy to avoid for such a cool arc. They have no other arc around them, and both times for me no players either. The loot is terrible, I’ve found 2 compressors per turbine so far.

Am I missing something here or how can I find them more often?

I think it’s cool to have a defensive arc like a big surveyor instead of a hunting arc but they could have given it spotters or something. Right now a bastion is more difficult to deal with than a turbine
