Survivor BP spawn potentially nerfed. If you try to load into blue gate multiple times via surrendering queue times reach 5+ minutes during most populated times on NA servers.

I've been trying for multiple hours a day for weeks to get the Survivor BP from reinforced reception. I've gotten every other augment a minimum of 4 times and just sell them. There should be a "reinforced reception" on the opposite side of the map AND some other reliable way to get this BP. Locking the most sought after item in the game to a completely random chance has to be some of the worst, laziest game design. I may have surrendered 500+ times in the past few weeks due to late raids, spawning on the opposite side of the map or the room being completely empty by the time I get there.

Is there any other reliable way to find this BP?

P.S. Does anyone have a Survivor BP to spare?

Phantom Targets Event

I'm trying to begin part 2 of the phantom targets event but I can't? Not sure if there's something I'm missing here, I've completed part 1 but it won't let me select part 2. When I tab over, it takes me to the About section and I press triangle to start but nothing happens. Am I dumb or something?

I Can’t find the Sirena Dorata anywhere!

Where have you found the Sierna Dorata recently? I missed an expedition and i'm getting back into the game and it seems these don't spawn anywhere for me now. I have been searching for 4 days Riven Tides Hotel and stacking Yard and Grandioso Apartments in Buried city over and over and over and nothing! I've found a lot of gold cleats and every other trinket in the game except this one I need for the expedition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS5 Pro player loads into ARC Raiders about 5 seconds earlier than PC player

Hi everyone,

I occasionally play ARC Raiders with a friend. He plays on a PS5 Pro, while I play on PC.

At first, I used to load into the game slightly before him. However, for some time now, the situation has been reversed: he now loads into the game approximately 5 seconds earlier and can already move around while I am still loading.

Interestingly, this started happening after I switched from a 1 Gbit/s cable connection to a 1 Gbit/s fiber-optic connection.

What could be causing this? Could it be related to the different platforms, my SSD, graphics settings, shader or texture streaming, or possibly the internet connection?

My PC specifications:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, 8 cores / 16 threads
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER
  • RAM: 32 GB DDR5, 5400 MT/s
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte A620M H
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit
  • Storage: Kingston NV3 M.2 NVMe SSD
  • Monitor: 180 Hz
  • FPS limit: 178 FPS
  • Connection: Wired LAN, 1 Gbit/s fiber internet

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

Thanks!

It’s time for a serious anti cheat

Okay Embark, we all know you are a smaller team and wish to stay that way. You’re cooking up the October update and if it’s going to save the game or not we will just have to see.

Hands down Arc Raiders has more cheaters than any game I’ve ever seen in PvP lobbies. It’s time to take some of that $500+ Million you profited off the game and invest in some serious anti cheat. What ever Vanguard has, you need that plus some. An extraction shooter need Fort Knox… not a baby gate.

If someone is dead set on being a loser and desires to cheat in Arc Raiders they should at the very least be required to spend some serious money to be able to do so. I should not have a 13 year old kid snap hooking above me and reading my entire inventory off over voice chat then laser beaming me in the head” for a real example.

Out of the many holes in your sinking ship this would patch a big one.

Silent Turbine Spawn Rate Buff?

Pre-update, it felt very 50/50 as to whether a Turbine would spawn, making brining in a kit designed to take them down laboursome and a gamble.

The past two days, I've had a turbine in easily 80% of my games.

Has anyone experienced the same? Sorry if this has already been mentioned.

Lenovo Legion Pro 5 / RTX 4070 – screen goes black or turns into colored static in ARC Raiders but the game keeps running

TL;DR: While playing ARC Raiders my laptop screen randomly goes black or turns into weird green/pink/white/gray static. The weird thing is the game doesn't actually crash. I can still hear everything and can even move my character, but the display is completely gone. I've been troubleshooting this with ChatGPT for the last couple of days and we've tried pretty much everything I can think of. I'm hoping someone here has had the same issue.

Hey guys, I'm honestly getting pretty desperate with this so I'm hoping someone recognizes the problem.

I have a Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IRX8 with an RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. While playing ARC Raiders, my screen will randomly die. Sometimes it goes completely black, other times it turns into what I can only describe as TV static/white noise with green, pink, white and gray pixels everywhere.

The strange part is that the game is still running. I can hear the game, Discord/etc. still works, and I can even move my character around. It's basically just the display that dies.

At first, putting the laptop to sleep with the power button and waking it back up would actually restore the screen without restarting the PC. Win + Ctrl + Shift + B didn't fix it and sometimes seemed to make things worse. Now the problem seems to be getting more unpredictable. Last night I got green pixels, today it was just a black screen, and after one of the crashes even closing the lid didn't properly put the laptop to sleep.

I've been using ChatGPT to troubleshoot it and we've gone pretty far down the rabbit hole. So far we've:

  • Completely formatted/reinstalled Windows.
  • Clean installed different NVIDIA drivers.
  • Tried the newer NVIDIA 610.88 driver.
  • Rolled all the way back to Lenovo's recommended OEM 560.94 driver. It still happened.
  • Tested the laptop in dGPU mode, so it isn't simply switching to the integrated GPU when it happens.
  • Tried DX11/windowed instead of the normal DX12 setup.
  • Updated/checked the RTX 4070 VBIOS. It's 95.06.1E.00.98.
  • Checked the motherboard BIOS. It's KWCN54WW, dated October 2025.
  • Loaded BIOS defaults.
  • Did the full power drain/EC reset.
  • Opened the laptop, checked/cleaned the fans and cooling.
  • Looked through Windows Reliability Monitor and analyzed the crash dumps with WinDbg.

Windows has actually created a LiveKernelEvent 193 / VIDEO_DXGKRNL_LIVEDUMP when this happened, with dxgkrnl!ProcessDeadlockThread. With ChatGPT's help I went through the full dump and we found NVIDIA (nvlddmkm.sys) involved in the display threads that were getting stuck.

I don't really know enough about kernel debugging to claim that means the GPU itself is dying, which is why I'm posting here.

Has anyone playing ARC Raiders had this exact problem? Not the game simply crashing to desktop — specifically the screen going black or becoming colored/static garbage while the game itself keeps running normally in the background.

I'm especially interested if anyone has seen this on a Legion Pro 5 / RTX 4070 laptop and managed to fix it, because at this point I'm running out of ideas and unfortunately the laptop is out of warranty.

It's ok to take a break

Been off the game since two weeks and it feels good. No need xto be frustrated with the state of the game right now. Just let them cook and wait for the update.

I'll be back !
