2000 f250 7.3 no crank no start

2000 f250 7.3 no crank no start turn the key and looses all power, checked fuses no issue, checked battery's around 12.15 volts each and 12 bolts across the fender mount starter relay any help would be great

1966 Guage cluster help

Piecing together a 1966 mustang 289 currently working on the guage clusters as none the guages move except for the amp huage which is stuck in the middle (when key on/off). When I put a test light to the connectors at both ends the light flashes. Could this be a ground issue or what the chances the guages are dead
