Visiting Kuopio from Vaasa, boutique/small owner hotel recommendations?
Coming to Kuopio the week after next with my wife and 2 or 3 kids. Looking for a hotel that's kind of like Hotel Astor in Vaasa (our favourite hotel here). Something locally owned with character. Any recommendations?
