I’m an Electrical Engineering student looking to go paperless and replace all my physical notebooks and textbooks.

My main priorities are taking notes, reading, and annotating PDFs, so a great writing experience is a must.

I don't care much about gaming or heavy media consumption

I might just watch an occasional movie or read manga in my downtime, but that's about it.

Does anyone have good recommendations?

Budget is around 1000 euros
