Handshake AI Payment Missing — Anyone Else Facing This?
Has anyone else working with Handshake AI experienced issues with their payments recently?
My entire Payment tab has suddenly disappeared from my Handshake AI dashboard. I can no longer see my working hours, current earnings, pending payment, or payment information.
I have already contacted Handshake AI support at fellow-support@joinhandshake.com, but I haven't received any useful response or resolution.
I had completed paid work and was expecting payment, so I'm worried because I can no longer even verify the hours and earnings that were previously showing on my account.
Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? Did your Payment tab disappear temporarily and come back, or were you able to get your payment issue resolved?
If anyone knows another way to contact Handshake AI or escalate a payment issue, please let me know. Any advice would be appreciated.
