People only get discouraged because they don’t see an immediate payout.

While you work on yourself and retain, you accumulate energy currency.

It might not be visible at first, but eventually, your body learns how to naturally manage and utilize the seed.

This takes time, depending on the individual.

But you must never be discouraged.

Know that everyone will be against you on this path.

Most men are insecure and don’t want peers doing better than them.

They’ll constantly try to belittle everything about you.

Don’t talk about retention at the beginning.

Try to be silent and let the results talk.

It’s not for nothing that chastity remains the absolute highest virtue for most civilisation.

It’s really hard for a man to be truly chaste, especially compared to a woman.

But as men, we have a unique treasure, which is the seed.

This substance can’t be understood through words; your body must simply self-learn how to reabsorb it.

This is the key to the work and the root source of flatlines and negative effects of early retention.

My brother, if you truly engage in this path, you’ll discover treasures nobody else will.

But it clearly has a steep price.

The heavy price of discipline.

I believe that social conditioning is much harder than the flatlines and temporary difficulties of retention.

Because practically no men have the balls (no pun intended) to actually go through this difficult path.

So be a man and retain until the very end.

I promise you it’ll all be completely worth it.

And always keep in mind the universal law of equal exchange.

The more effort you give, the more difficult it gets, the better the rewards will definitely be.

You must retain even on the lowest days because payday will eventually arrive.

And once you reach this day, you’ll never want to lose your treasure ever again.

Keep retaining and don’t listen to outside people.

They’ll try everything to subconsciously attack you; they’ve been conditioned into the slavery of the system.

When you’re different, they’ll make fun of you.

Only the best and bravest remain.

We often say we lost interest in video games because we became adults with heavy responsibilities, demanding jobs, and less time.

It’s just that we lost that pure sense of wonderment and deep immersion from our childhood.

We lost our innocence.

Do you remember when we were kids though?

We dreamed of being adults with enough money to buy endless games and consoles.

But in reality, we reach adulthood, maybe buy a nice console, and we don’t even play it.

The amazing thing about long-term SR is that you actually get that childhood feeling back, which fully includes that specific nostalgic feeling toward video games.

I’ve started playing the PS2 and PSP games from my childhood, and I vividly remember having that exact same feeling.

I don’t care about outdated graphics.

In fact, they look just as good as in my childhood.

As a result, I rediscover games I played with so much fun.

It's even more fun now because as an adult I can understand more.

It’s truly such an amazing feeling.

Heightened attention and perception adding to that subtle childhood aura makes the difference.

And this positively reflects in all other life aspects.

SR is truly game-changing for devoted men with the sheer determination to push through the harder lower phases to finally reach the absolute peak of human consciousness.

Your semen has a limitless potential, it’s just about how to harness it and it comes with patience and perseverance.
