Semen Retention and Childhood Happiness
Among all the effects of successful long-term semen retention, there is one that is less discussed:
the return of childhood joy.
You have probably read about all the supposed effects of retention: mental clarity, intelligence, attraction, luck, beauty, and so on.
These results are real, but they are difficult to understand for someone who is only beginning this path.
To me, the easiest effect to understand is the return of the joy you experienced as a child.
Because you can picture it and measure it clearly
If you can remember exactly how you felt during childhood, I can assure you that it is possible to recover that same state and even something better through the disciplined practice of retention.
The difference is that you now possess an adult’s consciousness, which makes the experience even more profound.
Beyond the short-term effects which are often simply placebo because you have read about them.
You eventually confront the true reality and difficulty of the practice once the hype and placebo effects have disappeared.
The results people describe are real, but your current perception gives you a distorted image of them.
You fixate on these effects and wait impatiently for them to appear.
At first, you may experience a certain degree of success because, at your current level of perception, you interpret those effects as already being present.
But often, they are only projections of your current mind creating a placebo effect.
This is why critics accuse semen retention of being nothing more than placebo.
They are not entirely wrong.
Most people never discover its true effects because they do not commit to it over the long term.
They think only in terms of “streaks.”
That is already better than releasing frequently, but by constantly interrupting the process, they never experience the real long-term effects and prevent themselves from reaching their full potential.
Make no mistake:
a release that is not intended to create a child serves no real purpose and provides no benefit.
It remains an enormous loss, regardless of what anyone says.
It is physiological.
Now, let us return to childhood joy.
If you commit seriously to retention and genuinely believe in this path, if you overcome social pressure as well as your own internal pressure, and if you refuse to surrender during the hardest moments, then you may recover the state you experienced as a child.
The simple fact of being alive and healthy will create an inexplicable joy within you.
But reaching that state requires doing what 90% of people are unwilling to do.
They prefer conformity.
They do not want to lose their relationships, even when those relationships are superficial.
They choose external validation because it is quicker and easier to obtain, even though it is never truly genuine.
Do not be like them.
Do not choose the easy path.
Be a man.
Say no.
Find your inner peace, because internal validation is the only validation that is real.
Eventually, the people around you will no longer be able to deny your inner strength, because it will naturally express itself outwardly.
Until then, you will have to withstand every attempt to pull you back into conformity.
I assure you:
when you begin to feel exactly what you felt when you were eight years old
when you recognize the same scents,
experience the same innate joy,
and feel happy for no explainable reason that is when you will know that this path is real and that all the others were traps.
