Hi, I'm getting a persistent Error 1001 from the IBKR Flex Web Service: "Statement could not be generated at this time."

Setup:
- Live account with active positions
- Activity Flex Query with Open Positions section (XML format)
- Tried both gdcdyn and ndcdyn servers
- Generated a new token — same result
- Issue persists for over 24 hours

The query runs fine in the portal but fails via the API endpoint. Has anyone solved this? Is there a specific server URL for European accounts? i just need API type of conneciton to w own built portfolio tracker
