This is my current team, I cannot seem to 1 cycle the final boss and I always leave it at 30-40% HP before it hangs from the ceiling. Can anyone help me optimise my team?

Is there a way to finish it without Jericho? She’s the only unit that I’m missing and I don’t think it’s possible without her
