Hello!
Does anyone have any ankle conditioning routines/recommendations I can do every evening? I am so weak in my heels, even just in pirouettes I find it so hard to keep my spikes off the ground! I’m struggling to find like a set of exercises that would be good for me to do daily to feel much stronger and pain free in my pleasers!
