
My order has been in progress for over 24 hours.
I got charged for it, but the order never officially went through. There is no order number for it. I called the store yesterday about an hour after i ordered and they said they were having trouble with their router or whatever they use to process mobile orders. Then i called about 2 hours later and the manager (i think) told me it was almost fixed and would be good in like 10 minutes. Well its been over 24 hours. I can’t cancel the order. What should I do? I ordered on 5/20/2026 at 7:57AM and it is currently 5/21/2026 at 12:34PM
