I am currently completing my profile setup on the platform and have reached the identity verification stage. I want to ensure compliance with your verification protocols and would appreciate your guidance on an ID exception.
Currently, I hold my official National Identification Number (NIN) Slip along with my National ID card/slip details. However, my international passport unfortunately expired last month ending.
Could you please advise if my NIN slip and National ID are acceptable for the automated verification check.
