So the story.
May new Team Leader kami na trans external hire cya at this is his first work sa manila he is from Davao.
Oh again this is not and im trying my best not to make this political as this is how the events of this story goes.

This was escalated to our HR, at dahil lgbt cya para hindi masabing pinagtutulungan ung lgbt member ng team at hr ung kumausap sa kanila.. i was told that on that meeting with hr hindi rin cya nag english or tagalog.. we dont hate as my lgbt colleague told me. hindi cya andito to represent other place he represent himself and be professional na hindi lahat dito ay nakaka intindi ng bisaya..
Hindi ko close tong si Ateng mo TL so hindi ko cya kinakausap but days gone nagiging loud cya sa pantry always starting convo like "diri man sa maynila... " at sa 7 na ksama nya sa lamesa isanlang ang nkakaintindi nun.. others are polite and just laughing but dont have any idea what he is talking about.
Operations manager steps in with respect to express in atlease tagalog or english para mapraktis ang communication skill nya pero this person is so hesitant.

sinabihan ule cya ng hr na this is not meant to be wear in this type of office. the next day ung lgbt flag na may green shirt "BATO IS A HERO".

yung mga taong kumain ng donut at OM ang nag pa HR sa kanya ending for suspension pero hindi na cya bumalik as per operations.
Hindi ko naintindihan bakit sinira nya ang buhay nya for something na wala namang ambag sa life nya. pilit namin cyang tnutulungan sa communication skills pero ayaw nya. pero ang sabi naman sa Hiring he is talking tagalog and english. OA lang ba ako or he Wasted his career.
