Coping Mechanisms

Hello, I have been doing a good job in reducing my MD, but ironically my mental state is still not perfect. When I am going through something extremely stressful, instead of turning to MD, I turn to OCD. I keep thinking about the problem obsessively over and over again until its resolved which imo is almost as equally as damaging. Is anyone who is reducing their MD experience this? Also has anyone found any good coping mechanisms that’s helps reduce MD and/or OCD.
