  1. I do not want premier access. I do not want to have to tell you every single time I watch a show that I do not want premier access. Having to do this makes me want to cancel every single time I see it. Stop upselling to people who are already paying. I paid not to have ads.

  2. I should not need to have to choose between resume and start over every single time. Almost always I want to resume. If I don't want to resume it should be very easy to start over. This bothers me because my mom broke the OK button cover on the remote and it's a pain to push that button. Also. Why Doesn't Play Work to play a show. Why is it OK? Should be either. Former software developer here. These are simple quality of life fixes.

  3. When I'm watching a show and suddenly discover that it's the wrong episode, I should be able to go directly to the page for the show. Instead I have to go round about to my list to find a listing for the show instead of whatever episode is playing. For example to go back to previous episodes I fell asleep during.

I'm actually close to cancelling because the only thing to see rn is premier. They don't have enough good shows. (I have seen many of their shows) So that means there isn't enough content and they want to remind me and get me to pay more for it by hassling me whenever I watch anything. There are hundreds of shows on britbox but there are like 8000+ on big red flix, and they don't waste my time advertising to me every single time I start a show.

I honestly don't think I would mind if it weren't for the constant premier ads. Anyhow, I thought maybe they would read this occasionally and put this in their suggestion box.
