Pearson vue payment issue
i’m currently sitting on Pearson‘s vue website trying to register for the nclex I made an account I input my card details and press pay but as soon as I press pay the website crashes, my screen shows a warning box stating that I need to log in again and start my application process. I was curious so I checked my debit bank app and I see a pending charge from Pearson vue for $200 I went to the chat box and the representative who I was speaking with said that they see no charges on their end from me or my account And said that I will receive a refund 48 to 72 hours while Pearson vue website says absolutely no refunds so I’m curious has this ever happened to anyone else? What do I do? I don’t want to have to pay again. the balance in my checking already displayed a deducted amount
