Used my golden ticket and things went well until I hit my last pig and decided to use ad…. Which wasn’t even there??? Why is there sometimes not an option to watch the ads?

I ragequit this game like 2-3 years ago. Two weeks ago I noticed that a new bird was released on a random Reddit thread and got curious so I started playing again, and well I got hooked again.

I managed to unlock Shade with event feathers and enjoyed

Aaaand then slowly I started experiencing what made me quit this game..

- ToF, which is rigged and extremely unfun. Sometimes you watch an ad and the game crashes or the ad-skip button just decides to not even show up, and you now wasted 370 gems.

- Arena. Opponents with a LOT more birdpower than me. Opponents getting random extra birds. The event bird power-bonus being applied to arena is also a joke.

- Unreachable pigs. Pigs getting stuck in corners, in places where they shouldn’t be or just floating pigs completely out of reach of any birds, even Hal. Also the unpredictability of bosses/boss levels. Will I exile the boss from the map with one single Bubbles/Stella or will the step-boss get stuck behind my slingshot/behind a wall?

- The slingshot-indicator/aim not being correctly displayed which makes you either fling birds into walls or just miss structures entirely when flinging birds through portals etc.

- Game occasionally freezes. Might just be my phone but my app still freezes every now and then, even 3 years later. Might be due to the pop-up offers popping up EVERY time you enter the main menu.

My blood pressure occasionally goes off the roof playing this game due to frustration from all of the points made above. Even after 2-3 years of quitting, the problems of the game are still there. Sure, I noticed they buffed Silver and added Shade, which is cool. But the unfun/frustrating parts of the game are still there. I think I’m pretty good at the game, but if pigs gets stuck out of reach or my arena opponents flock power is almost x2 mine, the game becomes extremely unrewarding. Rovio doesn’t care one bit about the complaints of their players. This subreddit 2-3 years ago was nearly only complaints about the game, and today? It’s the same now with the same complaints as it was back then. Rovio doesn’t care. As long as people are hooked on the game and feeding the company money they are satisfied.

If you are like me, getting frustrated and experience a highly elevated blood pressure from the game, do yourself a favor and quit, it’s not worth it. If you can’t relate to my post, lucky you, keep enjoying the game.

Ps: I also noticed they added a purchase which made your slingshot shoot further (crrrrraazzyyy????)
